Founded in February in 2024, We are committed to providing the best possible experience for footballers of all levels!
WHAT we do
SERVICES
121 Private Sessions
Our private 1-1 sessions give players the focused detail they can’t get in team training. Every session is tailored to their goals, whether it’s sharpening technique, building physical strength, or boosting confidence. With full attention on the player, progress is faster, clearer, and designed to give them an edge on matchday. These run across all our locations.
PLAYER DEVELOPMENT GrouP Programmes
Our Group Programme is built to help footballers grow technically, physically, and mentally in a structured, supportive environment. We go beyond drills by focusing on confidence, accountability, and real progress that shows up on matchdays. With small group sizes and personal attention, every player gets the detail, belief, and development they require to succeed.
With sessions ranging from 5 years old to 16+ across Fife
CAMPS
Our JAF Academy Holiday Camps are designed to give players an opportunity to develop their skills, build confidence and enjoy football in a fun and positive environment.
Across the week, players take part in a variety of activities including:
• Ball mastery and technical training
• Small-sided games and competitions
• Skill challenges and tournaments
• Fun team activities
Our camps are suitable for players of all abilities and are delivered by experienced coaches who focus on creating a supportive environment where players can improve while enjoying the game.
Whether players are looking to sharpen their skills during the school holidays or simply enjoy playing football with friends, our camps provide an exciting and engaging experience.
Team Partnerships
Our team partnership programme runs year round, providing teams who would like extra support this opportunity. This can involve weekly, bi-weekly & monthly pitch sessions as well as other development opportunities such as team video analysis, position specific sessions and gym based strength and conditioning sessions

We are not about just delivering sessions - we are about providing unrivaled support and a high standard of coaching across the board.
Off the pitch support : We understand progress isn't linear, players need individual support. Players develop at different rates, players need challenged/supported and players need practice.
We will design your online player platform, designed to push & support players on and off the pitch including:
- Player Development Meeting
- Video & Performance Analysis
- Development Plans (Including gym programmes, speed/fitness/power programmes & technical based programmes
- Additional opportunities in our showcase programme where our players get the opportunity to show what they are all about

Who are we
Our team of coaches have one thing in common - a genuine passion for helping young footballers grow. Each coach has lived (and is still living) their own football journey, giving them the ability to connect with players and pass on real, practical lessons that go beyond the textbook.
What makes us different is the balance of experience and energy. Our coaches don’t just run sessions - they inspire confidence, build discipline, and create an environment where every player feels valued, supported, and pushed to be their best.
Academy Owner Jamie has combined playing and coaching experience across multiple levels of Scottish football with formal education - from earning a degree and ongoing coaching qualifications to coaching university squads, U20s, and academy players. His vision is to bring professional standards and personal attention together so every player, no matter their starting point, gets the structure and belief they need to thrive. The Grassroots game in Scotland is growing, our goal is to provide a level of support and experience for players and give them the platform to succeed.
